Anyone have issues with work?? I havent been able to work all week because ive been very sick and passing out. I ended up in the ER yesterday. My work knows all this and what's going on. I really cannot afford to not be working but my job is also very labor intensive and involves being on my feet all day...which I cant do or I will pass out. I tried asking for light duty and half days but they say they will only offer it if it was a work injury and restrictions come from their workers comp Dr. I am so pissed and this seems so unfair. I need to be working because having a baby (and life in general) is expensive, but they don't seem to care. They say I either work my full job or don't work at all.

Get a light duty note from your Dr. I was told they have to treat it the same as if it was workers comp.

Get a medical excuse from your obgyn. They can not force you to preform work you are physically unable to do. Call your doctor and ask them to write you the note so you can take it in.

They said I could do that but they would send it to HR and have it evaluated and determine if they could accommodate. I work at a school and theres only 7 days left and with how slow HR is at this job, I don't think I would get more than a few days of work.

I’m sorry you’re having a hard time. Maybe you need to find a new job. The sad truth is your job still needs to be done and if you cannot get it done they more than likely will find someone who can.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?
