I breastfed for 6 beautiful months. Now that he is no longer interested how do I dry my milk supply up?  It’s been almost a month and i have tried cabbage leaves and nothing has worked.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I just let myself get engorged for a week, took a hot shower and expressed the milk out and I didn't have to worry after that. This time around tho even if my baby doesnt latch I'm just going to pump and give him a bottle of my breast milk

Cabbage don’t dry milk up just helps soothe. Just leave them alone, sports bra, don’t sprinkle the shower on them , don’t let the OH touch them lol xx
