So long as you eat it from a trustworthy place, you’re fine. I’ve had sushi a few times but only from a place I trust eating from. While pregnant you’re just more susceptible to getting sick than the average person, so you have to keep that in mind.
You cant eat raw sushi. You can have 12 oz of tuna a week. You can eat shrimp, crab, salmon, tilapia. Stay away from high mercury like shark and swordfish.
