This is all going way too far. I was ask to show my id to prove who I am and now I regret doing it bc it’s making things worse not better.
I was pressured to prove myself, too.
It’s awful.
I’ve blocked the group of women whom harassed and pressured me into it.
They called me a fake and said I got my pictures from the internet and my pregnancy test were fake.

I agree, it went way too far and I did not intend for anyone to go crazy over me saying she was better off posting her ID than just put a random paper next to her ultrasound saying her UN and mom.life on it. I didn't tell her to actually do it. it just would make more sense to show her name on her ID beside her name on the ultrasound but if she thought the paper with her username and mom.life and weeks pregnant written by her doctor would be proof of who she was than I guess it works.

@thekingsdaughter, I came here to make mom friends and if I make acquaintances with a few locals that’s great too. I’m all for protecting the group of women who are legit but it’s sad that things are getting out-of-control. @phoebesmommy, @lifewithlynnieandwill88— I’m sure you meant no harm since I know you from here for a little bit now. Others may not realize tho

It's not that deep just don't add them of you do feel comfortable.
You’ve repeatedly said something about showing an ID. if an internet stranger told me to show my ID I’d block immediately. That’s just as sketchy as these trolls. Asking her to take a selfie with a paper that has her username and date on it would much better and valid.

@lakota-winyan I said she'd be better off showing her ID than just a piece of paper with her weeks ML name. I didn't tell her to show it.

@thekingsdaughter, Someone said this ultrasound picture was from google when I posted it alone, so I added my username on the envelope it came home with me in. You can also reverse search it and you’ll find nothing, but they were being very adamant so I did this and reposted it 😂. I know it only proves that I’m in possession of the ultrasound, but I’m also not going to go a step further & include my license publicly on the app—to administration possibly but they don’t exist anymore apparently 🤷🏼♀️ But even then if its not mine & I’m in possession of it, I’d be pretty likely I’d also have access to the owners ID so I don’t know, there’s only so much I can do haha. At least this is something. @lifewithlynnieandwill88, @sherrynygirl

You don’t have to explain yourself, people like this are just drama and immature looking for something and anything to gossip about.
If people want to question you and be nosey then block the trolls.
All these people who keep asking for proof will keep harassing you if they don’t believe you so don’t even give them the satisfaction. It’s happened to me and it’s sucks that the same thing is happening to you.

it would have better to show your driver's liscense. all this proves is a user name mama bear carlee had her name written on a piece of paper stating how far along she supposedly is & am ultrasound...

@lifewithlynnieandwill88, glad it’s someone YOU knew at least.. just seems crazy to me. I’m close w a handful of ladies on this app and a handful is more than enough. I could not possibly keep track of 50 some odd people who honestly could have grabbed their cousins ID and snapped a photo to “prove” their identity in your guys’ chat

@lifewithlynnieandwill88, if you guys are swapping pics of your kids and just chatting it up on the daily, just remember you may not have to provide your SSN or bday for someone to gather very very personal info about you.

@phoebesmommy we just mainly let others know if we see a suspicious account. that's it. not chatting it up or sharing pictures. everyone just sent their ID pics to the same person so she could verify that we are who we say we are
