well. it's been almost 3yrs of hardship with my son and being a single mom. almost a year of 4 different therapies for my son. we are finally decided that he had SPD or sensory processing disorder. the more I read about other families with this I get so discouraged . kids not talking till 6, kids not eating properly ever, kids not being potty trained till past 8yrs old. Jesus take the wheel. we will have many years of therapy beyond this and im just so tired. never thought I'd have a child with something like this. sometimes I wonder "why me" im so unfit to be a parent, especially to a child with high needs. I just do my best everyday. please comment if youre an SPD mom 🤗
I’m at the beginning of this journey. My son just started therapy and they think he either has a sensory processing disorder or is autistic. My head is already spinning trying to figure out how to take him to multiple therapies a week, plus working full time, plus being the mom he deserves
luckily therapy comes to my home but it can be overwhelming having people here a lot. the therapy will get you where you need to be, stick with it and don't be afraid to change things!
@kambam, he is starting in home therapy as well as speech therapy and possibly occupational therapy. Our evaluation won’t be until after mid June
@parkers_mommy ok good. good luck mama! hope you get some good therapists 😃 which is your program? do you know who the service is?
My son have a disability, and we are a strong mama what we go through on daily bases. You got this and God bless you to be his mama, because you’re strong.
My son is autistic.. so I get this, but you've got this mama! If you ever need to talk I'm here ❤
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

A Statement from Mom.Life:
Hey everyone!
Last night, a new user began messaging our moms asking for private pictures of toddlers and young children. This is obviously unacceptable behavior, and the account was banned immediately. Although thankfully extremely rare on Mom.Life, several users were understandably upset by this, so we wanted to clarify a few things:
First off, Mom.Life has an absolute zero tolerance policy for child abuse and those who would prey on children. We strive to ...
Jesus chose you specifically because he knew u could handle him and love him like he needs.
