Anyone ever had a drip of red blood just a tiny bit then it turned into darkish brownish spotting very light spotting tho for only a few days then it stopped? What could that possible be ?

This is exactly what I’m having. This is the second month too. Took pregnancy tests just in case. Must just be stress. I did just move into my first house and my anxiety levels have been through the roof!
