Anyone have any experience with a baby with reflux. Darcie is 7months old, was throwing up most of her feeds as a baby, changed her to the cow and gate reflux milk and she was fine. At about 4months old the Gp said to just use stage 1 milk. She was fine on the stage 1 and wasn’t being sick. I started to wean her in April, she was doing ok. About a week in and she started being sick & it’s like forceful sick. But it’s been near enough everyday. Could this be the reflux starting or something completely different. I’ve had to stop the food as she cannot cope and it’s really making me feel upset as I don’t know what to do. Gp said to reduce milk feeds and just stick to food but it’s not really working. Looks like we will be going back to the Gp tomorrow 😢

@chelsjane, ok I’d stop offering those at the moment maybe stick with porridge and also weetabix mixed with half a banana is good, I’d go back to the docs x
@erincharlieconor, yeah I’m going to go back tomorrow. And she’s not allowed bananas. She was born with an anterior anus. So I have to try and avoid letting her get constipated and hospital said no banana or apples 🙈 thank you replying xx

Opinions on hungrier baby milk? My girl is drinking well over 30 oz in 24 hours. I tried her with water inbetween feeds but she just won't settle in till she has milk as she's hungry not thirsty. She's awake like 18 hours a day 😭
I am sick to death of my in laws telling me how fat Scarlett is, and asking me what I feed her! Does she look fat to you? No!
♦️Question♦️ I'm starting to introduce self feeding to my 8mo old. She only has two teeth. (Although those top two little suckers are almost in 🙏🏼). Up until now I've been feeding her pretty much just purées from a spoon, but now I would like to get her started on feeding herself with her hands. Do any of you have any recommendations on foods to start out with? Is this only even though she only has two teeth? I'm assuming it as long as whatever I make for her is super mushy then she should be fine..
So idk if this is just a picky eating phase for Celie but everything I try to feed her she pushes it away..what are some foods or ways to get her to eat? She is sometimes fine with what I eat and sometimes she's not. I have talked to wic about it and they didn't really say anything and I talked to her doctor about it yesterday and she told me she's just in a "picky" stage but this has been going on for a while now.

Here’s what she told me to do today
1. Take the paci away because it’s ruining her teeth , yet the dentist said it’s fine up till 2 years
2. Give her whole milk , even tho I told her every time P has whole milk she get a really bad diaper rash and it upsets her stomach. She wouldn’t do a blood test till I try to give her milk again for the next month and see how it goes
3. P is supposed to be gaining weight, she’s 21 lbs 8oz. I told her that P ...
