I agree with all the ladies. What helped me was having my husband massage my back during the contractions. He would put pressure on my lower back near my tail bone. He would press down in a circular motion. That actually lowered or got rid of the pain.
Try and focus through contractions, try different positions to make yourself more comfortable, you can try and take a hot shower to ease the pain as well. Birth ball, walking around helped ease the pain. Deep breathes and focus on breathing. Towards the time the baby was coming was hard for me to concentrate because it just felt intense. So I started breathing super fast and you need to slow down and concentrate. I did freak out and screamed a little not because pain but because the pressure was intense lol.
Breathe with the contractions, try not to concentrate on the pain but the relaxation of your body. Dont tense up and don't dwell on the pain. That's all I was able to do and it went by so fast. My natural labor I kid you not was less than 2 hrs!
