Only one week until she is here!! I am scheduled for my c section next Tuesday. Any tips on the best kind of underwear or clothes to pack for the hospital or after. What made your recovery easier or what is something you wish you did not do. I am a little worried I won’t be able to interact with my son because he is too heavy and a little rough... I just like to prepare and I am getting nervous but excited. As always that’s for all of your help ladies 😊
Thanks for the advice! I am so worried my son will hate me because I won’t be able to pick him up and hold him or really play with him. I have help but I hate to see him cry for me.
I wore the mesh the hospital provided and even ordered more for home. After that I wore the high waisted underwear so it went over my incision and wouldn’t rub.
The first two weeks I thought were the hardest and it took me weeks to want to go upstairs so I slept on the sofa. Don’t over do it and rest while you can.
Thanks for the advice. I may camp out in the living room for a few days to!
Rest is the most important thing to do after a c section. I mean really relax but also walk around the house every now and again to avoid blood clots. Take the mesh undies from the hospital. Do NOT twist or stoop. Take the pain killers they prescribe. And listen to the advice the doctors give you for healing but listen to your body. I had one 4 years ago and it was brutal because I wasnt allowed to rest
Thanks for the advice. It will be hard to rest but I will do my best!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Take the time to heal. It’s really tough with another little one but you need to tell yourself the less you do, the quicker you’ll be able to recover and be there for him again.
My first cesarean I did way too much too soon and my recovery was terrible. I did as little as possible this time and was out and about pain free the following week
