Same. If I dont have it on I get awful nightmares and trained myself to wake up when the TV auto shuts off

Me too. I absolutely have to have background noise to sleep. Now my 10 year old is the same way.

Oh No. I hope my kids don’t do the same. Lol. My oldest is 7. Her dad makes sure she has no tv in room or tablet when it’s bed time. Lol.

If I’m watching my favorite show & it need to pass out, I change it to something I don’t care for and turn over. Lol 😅
