Anyone know how long back pain lasts after giving birth??

I still get random sharp pains in my back. Especially if one of the kids accidentally gets me where my epidural was. And sometimes I wake up and my back is hurting depending on how I slept the night before. Aj is 15 months old.
Damn it.. did you have problems with ur back with ur first born? I didn’t with my first but am having major pains with my second. I mean I’m only 2 weeks postpartum but I didn’t have a single problem with my first
@harloeagain21 nope I didn't have any issues with my first. I mean it hurt for a couple weeks afterwords but I went back to my normal self. They put it in off to the left a little too much with my second though. When it was time to start pushing it didn't work at all. And I have nothing but issues now. They told me it could hurt up to 6 months afterwords but it still hurts just as bad as it did a year ago.
For me it lasted about 5-6 months post birth. I try to exercise or stretch it helps.
