Contractions for an hour and twenty minutes now...lasting 4 mins - 5 mins apart for about 1:05 mins...I don't want another false alarm 😭

Kinda hard to time these but they arnt that painful but about 7 mins apart
Contractions just went too 5 mins apart for 30 mins and than spreads back out to about 10 mins 😩
I’m 20 weeks pregnant and I’m cramping soooo bad right now, only a min or 2 at a time but they’re coming every 5 min or so is that normal?
Contractions 10 mins apart and they last 1 min and 30 secs Doctors won’t let me go in unless they are 5 mins or less.
Baby is here ! 🥰🥰 a total of 2 hour labor and 3 min push !!
