So I saw an iPhone 8 plus Facebook Marketplace long story short I ended up buying it because it said it was unlocked come to find out it's carrier-locked which means you can only use it for the carrier. I ended up messaging a girl I bought it from and asking her for my money back comes to find out her brother died so I felt like a total a****** asking for it back but I can't use it so what's the point of keeping it. So I messaged you today I gave her a little bit to message me back she never did so I'm just reselling it so I can buy one when I can upgrade next week kind of stupid I know but don't trust everything you see on Facebook

Yeah certain carriers phones will work on. Mine is Verizon and I think sprint. Gotta always ask 😊 sorry that happened to you but with society nowadays I’m not so sure I’d believe her story. She probably just doesn’t want you to ask for the money back. Hopefully it sells quick.

Well apparently there's a difference between unlocked and carrier unlocked and I have no idea so hopefully it sells

Right cuz as soon as you pay off a phone you can ask them to unlock it so you can sell it and apparently they didn't do that which is b******* because I paid quite a bit fit for this phone
