My bff and her bf moved to Texas together.. got an apartment and he came to conclusion he didn’t like it so he moved back home and eventually the distance broke them up. Then one day he decides to pop up unannounced due to something happening back home and says he says since his name is still on the lease he will be staying there as long as he wants 🤦🏾‍♀️

So now she feels stuck because for the longest she was doing fine until he came back. She’s scared to move because she doesn’t want to mess up her credit so she’s forced to wait until the end of the year when the lease is up..

Any other option?

I’ve taken myself off of a lease, i think both parties have to be there and there might be a fee, mine was 27$ but it didn’t affect my credit. i would have her talk to the landlords and see what options they’ll give her! that’s not right for him to pop up and say he can stay as long as he wants, especially since she been doing it alone all this time.

Why didn’t she get his name taken off the lease when he left?

I’m not too sure how that works but if he wasn’t paying rent then get that information and try to get him off the lease with that information, she most likely will have to evict him and take him to court.

Her fiancé does not want kids, at lease for another 3-5 years he said... so she came up with the idea to have me pee on a stick for her and show it to him so that he’ll be comfortable with not wearing a condom and finishing in her.. basically the whole idea is to make him think she’s pregnant already...... so I do this favor for her or should I tell my girl to chill? I posted the day before yesterday about my friend.. & well....... her fiancé came over, AND she came alone 😐 we eat sit around and after awhile my husband takes him to the back & the next thing I know he’s coming in the house with a weird look on his face, asking her if there was something he should know, I instantly gets up just in case someone turns into a maniac....... well long story short he cried & told her how disloyal she is & how disappointed he was.. she’s crying asking me why would I do that.. I’m like 🤷🏽 ♀ it wasn’t right........ Our other friends are saying that he’s giving her a hard time and that he sleeping on the couch, not eating her food and won’t talk to her.. she’s not talking to me (of course) & I now feel like we could have handled it in a different manner ... idk seeing a grown man cry like he did was just heart breaking!

And when I say I would like my husband to be home before she comes, she just says no that he don't need to be there! Well guess what? Keep pushing for him not to be there, and your ass will not be called until after the baby comes! My husband has been there for our first 2. Why can't he be there for our third? It's his daughter not yours. You didn't help make her in any way shape or form. So back tf off! Sorry I needed to vent a little!
