The hospital let me go and I’m still sick as a dog shaking,diarrhea,headaches and this so I’m calling a different dr today. I just woke up and everything is this high 🙄 haven’t even stepped out of bed. I’m cold sweating like crazy

Do you take prescription medication for high blood pressure?

I take atenalol for heart rate but it’s not budging the blood pressure. Normally I have low blood pressure it’s never been high like this and the heart meds don’t help it

ok if your BP goes up to 180/120 mm go to the emergency room. It do sound like the symptoms of HBP but also some of the symptoms of atenolol is headache and diarrhea. Lay on your left side in a dark quit room for an hour or two and then recheck.
