I had to book up with the nurse at the doctors I didn’t get a letter to remind me.

That’s what happened with me but they booked her in and never sent me a letter out and I only found out today her app is this Thursday x

I think ours come straight from a central office for the PCT. It's not the local surgery who sends it, we just book with them after receiving the letter.

Depends on your GP practice. I used to have to call and book now at different GP and letters get sent out

My doctors sent mine out to me & then I’d get a text message closer the time reminding me of the appointment 😊
