Any mommies have really bad anxiety, I just started getting it like a month before I had my baby I figured it was gunna go away after but she is already 4 months and I have it still. There's nights where I have it so bad I don't go to bed until like 4-5 in the morning.

I completely understand! It's absolutely horrible. I'm so sorry you go through this. I'm here if you ever need/want to talk. ❤ We can complain about our worries lol.

I seem to be in this boat and i am trying to climb out of it. Mine usually happens about a week before my period hits the past few months. Idk if fits the hormones or whats going on bt its horrible

I have something. Either anxiety or panic. I dunno. Thought I was having a heart attack one night and went to the er. Haven't felt normal since. It keeps me up and I've been going to the doctors to find out wtf is going on. 😔

Yes this was me when my daughter was a baby. I suffered through it for months then I started seeing a therapist and that helped a lot. She helped me find the underlying cause of my anxiety and gave me ways to cope. Eventually I was relieved and started sleeping much better.

I’ve had anxiety all my life. It sucks to live with but its definitely manageable (sometimes), I know we don’t know one another but I’m hear if you want 😁👍🏼

Starting TWW. Anyone else? I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
