My first pregnancy was super easy, my morning sickness only came when I didn’t eat enough.

My first born was a boy. Everything was great throughout it.

Now on baby number two, I am going through all hell with morning sickness and nausea. My appetite is practically gone. Its been constant since the first week of being pregnant.

Suggestions to help with morning sickness? (safe/non medication)

Side note - I got off birth control in the middle of February and conceived early April. So all these hormones trying to balance out; could that be why my morning sickness is as bad as it is?
