Best diaper creme? A&D and Desitin seem not to be making any improvements. My poor babies bum hurts. :( Gonna get "water wipes" to help reduce the pain while wiping.

@shannamarie, try a warm/cool bath and pat dry and leave the diaper off for a little
Go to the nearest Mexican super market or the Latin section Walgreens has and look for an ointment named vitacilina it works wonders
We had to stop using disposable wipes. Instead, we used baby washcloths with water, and then used A & D ointment (the gold colored tube) as a protective barrier.
Burt’s bees diaper rash cream is amazing. Also simply rinsing the wipes until you don’t see as many bubbles, helps remove the alcohol and can help tremendously. Hope your baby feels better soon!
I know that sounds weird but try browning some flower in a non-stick pan and put it on the rash and in the diaper. Both my kids have super sensitive skin and when the desitin or a&d failed it was my go too.
