Well you never know. I’ve had the IUD three different times and none of these were symptoms that I experienced and just because I had it removed. Could be your period coming? Maybe early symptoms you’re just have to wait and test to see

I actually got pregnant with my IUD. The only reason I even tested was nausea and headache.
