I’ve catch the flu ,I’m not stop coughing , my noise is running and score and red and keep sneezing , my throat hurts so bad , my body is aching , one min I’m hot then cold , is they anything I can take ? Thank you x

As far as I know yes, I was going to suggest saline drops for a blocked nose.. maybe try honey and lemon, a hot bath to sweat it out, and an early night with two paracetamol xx

Vicks on soles of your feet stops coughing, honey and lemon hot water, calpol plug in, Asda baby vapour bath and saline nasal spray

Thanks Hun I’ve put vicks on after having a shower and took paracetamol , I get honey and lemon tomorrow and I try the other stuff also thanks x
