I think I'm having back contractions (if that's even a thing)!!
My back is killing me. I got a hot water bottle on my lower back but that isn't even doing anything. It's just getting worse. I can't lay on my back because the pain goes all over. &' if I lay on my side it goes the other way. 😭😭😭
I might take Tylenol, but medicine isn't doing nothing either.

It is a thing, I had it with my oldest son... my back just started hurting. At first I thought it was from the chair but it got worse. I did wanted for some hours before going in though

My SIL had those with her daughter when she went into labor. I would go get checked maybe baby on its way?

I had back contractions when I was going into labor with my daughter.. I would get checked if I were you! Time them!
