Forgot to take my iron pill on time since I had to go up to the leasing office about a package and silenced my alarm while there. They called literally 10mins before they closed and hey aren't open tomorrow and I needed the package for Sunday. 🤦 So I silenced the alarm as I walked down to the office not remembering to take it before I left because I had to hurry. Anyways it's three hours later and I'm so light-headed it's not funny. 🙄 Really wondering if I need to be taking two pills or not. They haven't discussed taking two, just jumping straight to iron transfusions. Don't think I should be this light headed just because I missed a pill by 3 hours. Dr. Appointment is on Thursday, I'll ask then. I'm even light-headed already before I'm even due to take my iron pill( I take them every day at 4pm. I start feeling light-headed around 2pm every day) don't know what else to do about this issue. Irons still at 9.6 when they took it last week. I drink OJ with the pill like I've been told, and I've been eating more iron rich food, but the light-headedness comes back every single day.
