Above the belly button but under chest area. For a minute or so and find hard to breath when happens. Hard to explain the feeling. I'm 20weeks tomorrow

Sounds like you're describing braxton hicks. I had them every day from about 18 weeks. Does your bump go hard as well? X

@jocharlene it's like practice contractions. They're totally normal and shouldn't hurt. They're just kind of uncomfortable. They're very common 😊 x
