I'm almost 6 weeks pregnant and I'm terrified of gaining too much weight like I did with my daughter. I gained a pound. That was it. I worry
Every pregnancy is different as well. With my daughter I stay the same weight until the end and I gained 20 pounds. I am almost 24 weeks now and I am still 25 pounds under my start weight at 3 weeks and 4 days when I found out. You never know what your body will do.
I don't think I'm reading this correctly. You're scared to gain to much weight like you did with your daughter but you only gained a pound while pregnant with your daughter?
My best advice is to have an open conversation with your doctor about your concerns. Cravings are hard to let go during pregnancy. My doctor suggested eating a salad before every meal to help with making healthy choices and to avoid over eating on anything else. Luckily for me I hated sweets during my pregnancies and ate mostly veggies anyways.
Weight gain
I'm 15w4d and I've gained about 6 lbs since the beginning of pregnancy. As long as the scale I just used is correct, I'm creeping up on 140. I had a mini freak out but I calmed myself down by telling myself it's normal. What has everyone else gained?
So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔
how much weight has everyone gained? I was 194 before baby then was 172 and now at 21 weeks I'm 184... 😳😳 I don't want to gain so much weight...I'm already kinda chubby..will I gain a lot? I've started eating healthier.
I'm 12 weeks and my doctor said I should have gained 10 pounds by now and I've gained 1. Anyone else have problems with gaining weight in the beginning?
weight gain
I'm up 26lb at 30 weeks. Honestly, super proud of that. I gained 70lb with my son. 10 weeks left to keep it going.
If you eat healthy you'll gain less and it will be easier to lose.
