I got my gallbladder removed in March, ever since then I have terrible stomach aches & I use the bathroom almost 3 to 4 times a day. I’ve done everything from NO MEAT to just smoothies , crackers and broth and nothing changes. Any advice ? Lol
look into taking bile salts. increase fiber with something natural like psyllium husk in your smoothies. stay away from high fat or fried foods
That usually never goes away my mom had hers removed after i was born n she just avoids certain foods cause is bad i had mine removed too and its a pain in the butt
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Watch for your triggers. It’s been almost 12 years since mine was removed and I still have these issues. Any thing with major dairy is my no no! And definitely greasy foods! Increasing my fiber has helped a lot
