Check out your local community college. Most you can’t do online. Be sure it is an accredited school as well.
I would think some of it you could do online, but the actual hands on prep you would need a commercial kitchen to practice.
@baby-fever well i did it at a community college and i would say hands on with instructors would be better for learning proper knife skills and recipes. Just saying
you can take culinary school online? I had no idea.
You can do like the courses online, but like everyone else said, a lot of it very hands on so you’d need to be in a physical class. P
