Sorry if this Post seems stupid and pointless to some .
But I'm 18 unemployed and i have a 1 year old my mom just kicked me out and i have no where to go i live in the Columbus Ga area i have no money just a suit case and diaper bag i stayed at the river walk last night while my daughter slept in my arms if anyone can send me some homeless shelters i can go to that will take both of us i would really appreciate it thank you 💕 #myfirstpost

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I can not believe your mom would kick you out with a baby 😔. I don’t live in Georgia so I’m unsure of nearby shelters. I wish you the best.

call some churches in the area, they might have connections that can get you someplace sooner.

hospitals are almost always a safe place for you to go to while you try to figure something out, as long as you’re not disruptive they’ll probably let you hang around overnight. if they ask questions, you can just say you’re waiting for a ride or something. at least that way you’re not out while it’s dark out.

I am so sorry this happen to you! Go to the nearest churches I’m sure they could help you find some place and they’ll also give you food, clothes, and diaper donations. I’m so sorry I wish I could give you more help. I’m sure if you also went to a fire department they could help you out too. I’ll be praying for you and your baby! I hope people can help you out in your time of need! 😭💔

Trying a fire department is a good idea! There is definitely one of those in downtown Columbus near the river walk!
