Anyone deal with their partner’s baby mama keeping their child away from dad? I feel he’s emotionally broken by this.

@divinely_favored I struggle with addiction and had relapsed and still did not lose my rights. As long as he is doing the right thing now he can be a part of the child's life.
@mama.ally2009 I doubt it. Most judges cut out the petty nonsense and bickering between the adults and focus on the needs of the child
They just want him not to have her they will blame anything, his old job, the money, me! I can’t. They been doing this on and off for years these two ladies have anxiety issues and take medications for it... we’re unfit? I’m sorry but I have a big heart sorry for overstepping my role as a step mother! Ugh I may not be married to him but idk y’all!!! Got me feeling so down!!!

I feel awful, one day the grandmother had a problem with me taking the daughter for lunch and dropped her off at home since he got called into work I took care while everyone was working including the mother and grandmother plus I had obligations to be at. We handled it in house they want to say I stepped out of line. Had the grandmother blowing up my line saying all this stuff. Then once I drop her off she come out OPens the passenger door shaking her finger and yelling at me while staring at my boys in the eyes like she’s yelling at them? Lord knows what said. She stormed off after closing my door. I went to catch her up I got out of my car she never let me speak. Never discussed this it like an adult instead I felt attacked. So I try to catch her her door closed my fat handed banged on the door and walked away in disappointment and anger cause this bitch had that nerve.
That the daughter wants to say she has a video of me? What knocking on a window? Idk. She is an alcoholic every night blacks herself out. There’s times were she’ll call him saying some dumb things!!! You can tell she’s not sober.
If shes doing this he needs to go to court and fight for his rights. She can't legally keep his kid from him unless he's proven unfit. If he really wants this relationship he will fight for it.
I tell him this but we don’t have money for tough lawyers. They have been keeping “evidence” so they say.
@mama.ally2009 He doesn't need tough lawyers. You can go online and print and fill out papers. Its called allocation of parental responsibilities. If you can't afford the filing fee it can be waived or broken into payments. Everything he needs can be done without a lawyer.

Yes.... My bf isn't the biological father to neither but at the same time played an active role as father and the mother actually left him and those kids in his care for years and all of a sudden came back to get the youngest then months later right after we started dating took the other from him and never spoke to him again. That was 3 years ago. He went through a bad depression
What the hell! I swear father rights are not being considered enough it makes me so mad
If he is clean and sober and has a job and wants a relationship with his child a judge isn't going to deny him that without good cause.
