@westsidemomma, aww that sucks. There’s nothing u can take to kind of calm u done a bit? Maybe try doing some deep breathing and stretching. It always helps me when I’m feeling anxious. Hope u feel better soon!!

no I asked they don’t even want me taking melatonin but idk why because I take it every night anyways
