So went to the dr today for my prenatal and because of my cramps I was having early this morning. She’s sending me for an ultra sound I should be 11 weeks on Friday but my uterus is only measuring 9 weeks... I really hope they can get me in soon so I can see if baby is ok..

@beckischerger, ER told me if you bleed or have water fluid then rush in otherwise it’s usually ok so hopefully you’re fine

@beckischerger, tbh third can be hard too ;-; heartburn and digestive issues kill but so true I hope you feel better soon and also drinking tons of water can help ease cramps too

My dr doesn’t use measuring tape to measure belly until 3rd trimester I would not worry at all that is actually strange that she would even do that so early

@beckischerger, I wouldn’t go off this too much. They generally don’t measure fundal height til much later. Like 18-20 weeks. So don’t stress too much about this measurement.

@beckischerger, Try not to stress too much about it. Usually they don’t start measuring your uterus until your around 18 weeks or so. The only way they could measure you and tell you your small is through an ultrasound is early as 11 weeks. I’m sure everything is OK but positive thoughts your way girl.

Mine never measured til 20 weeks. Definitely not accurate this early. Not to worry!! It’s normal to be + or - 2 “weeks” on the measurement and even then it’s really not accurate cause it can depend on a woman’s anatomy, fluid amount, position of baby etc.

How’d they measure your uterus?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Starting TWW. Anyone else? I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
Forgive me if this offends anyone but is it just me or does it seem like doctors are so quick to jump to c-sections these days? Even my midwife at 30 weeks said if my baby doesn’t turn (he’s transverse) I’ll have to have a c-section. Which of course put so many thoughts in my mind that I didn’t necessarily need because I still have ten weeks. I just don’t get it I guess. Technically we can go to 42 weeks.

I was always a few inches behind try not to worry ! Even my doctors have said it’s common to be a few inches behind :) best of luck
