I got a Carters brand tummy time / activity mat, and I hate it. It’s flimsy and cheaply made. I also didn’t care for the one I had with my first child.

i got one from pottery barn, it has grip on the bottom like a bath mat & the edges are weighted. it has crinkle paper & other sensory stuff in the design on it. ive got a wooden baby gym from poppyseedplay to go over it. but it hasn’t been put to use yet except by our dog 😂

Noah had the Fischer price mat with the piano at his feet to when he kicked it would play music. He absolutely loved it. I’m considering getting the same one for this baby. When he was done with the whole mat the piano came off the mat and he could just play with the piano it stuck around for a long time.
