Is it normal having an hcg level of 98 at 4 weeks? Doctor said hcg level that low is just ( 6days) pregnant. Lmp 04-10-19

There’s a huge variation between the “normal” range of hcg. What matters is that is rises appropriately rather than what the actual level is. Most tests pick up from 25 so I’d say for newly pregnant the level you’re at sounds fine.
