Yeah definitely. My lady has really good quality lashes. She also does the mink and all of that. Mine last 4-5 weeks so I’m not complaining.

@kaeleyjx I was going to ask you what all make up can I wear with the lashes that won't mess up the lashes when I take the make up off? Because right now I wear foundation powder bronze or eyeliner and all the Bells and whistles
@mommyof4plus2, you can’t wear mascara, everything else is fair game. also no eyeliner on your tearlines/lashlines.
@mommyof4plus2, you can go to a lash bar, salons, eyebrow threading place, or nail salons. It really depends on your area.

there’s three different kinds (maybe more but my doctor only offers three), each one of them lasts a different length of time. i started with collagen about four years or so ago because it’s the cheapest and most basic! it only lasts about 3 months which is nice for the first round so you can get a feel for how you like it before making a longer commitment. i believe the collagen filler was $250, it’s probably a little more expensive now (thanks to kylie jenner lmao). since then ive been using restylane filler because it technically lasts more like 6 months, but i only top off once a year because for me it lasts quite a bit longer. my doctor does restylane for $500 first treatment and then ~$300 for each top off after.
@kaeleyjx, how did you feel after the first time? Were your lips really swollen? Did it hurt? I really want to do this but I’m nervous.
@missheatherbaby, the most painful part is the numbing agent! but its just one poke, more painful than a shot, more like the pain of a piercing but not unbearable and only takes a few seconds. the numbness is the worst part because it’s so annoying until it wears off haha, my lips felt swollen the first time but they didn’t look swollen, just obviously more full. after about 24 hours i was fine. it’s still a little uncomfortable for an hour or two after now but nothing crazy.

@missheatherbaby, @mommyof4plus2, one of the biggest differences between different priced extensions is the lashes they use. my plastic surgeon uses novalash, most likely cheaper places use a “cheaper” brand. but the cheaper lashes aren’t inherently worse quality, but they can be haha, you just have to try them out to know. i like using the novalashes because they last longer (a full growth cycle) so i only have to make a trip to get them done every couple months.
