@em93bbourn it does i remember when i was heavily pregnant with grace there was a man i was assisting and he fell on me when i was told to help him on my own he was about 19 stone never again xx

@em93bbourn yeah, luckily i used my hip and its one of them soon as they are going to fall unfortunately you have to let them then wait for someone to decide to help you which is a joke xx
Did you have the epidural? I had that and the spinal block and ever since my back has been like this. I can’t stand up for longer than 5 mins if I’ve got Milan in my arms 😫 xxx
@em93bbourn, I use the back heat pads hun they are really good. You can get them from Boyes or home bargains! They work wonders xxx

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
