Mines still bad after having 2 spinal blocks it is a struggle and i found it difficult when i returned to work in a care home but i suffer with back pain before i had my daughter

@em93bbourn it does i remember when i was heavily pregnant with grace there was a man i was assisting and he fell on me when i was told to help him on my own he was about 19 stone never again xx

what the hell!!! Yeah that’s crazy 😦 i did consider doing care but I really don’t think I’d be cut out for it haha! was you actually ok after that? xx

yeah, luckily i used my hip and its one of them soon as they are going to fall unfortunately you have to let them then wait for someone to decide to help you which is a joke xx

Did you have the epidural? I had that and the spinal block and ever since my back has been like this. I can’t stand up for longer than 5 mins if I’ve got Milan in my arms 😫 xxx

I use the back heat pads hun they are really good. You can get them from Boyes or home bargains! They work wonders xxx
