I think you have to go into certain stores to get them..

I know u can get some packs that way but the first one was a folder. I want to say it was white and green stripped maybe xx

The midwife gave me one at my booking appointment, which had a card for the second pack (although finding a Tesco with that one in stock was a nightmare).
The third one is given out when you give birth and has a card in for the 4th one.
