They have plastic bed covers I think you throw away after one use, my little brother has the same issue.

I've kinda tried something like that and when I would go and change his bed, it held all the liquid which was a pain to remove because it didn't really absorb like I thought it would.

true, they have bed pads that are disposable, but you have to use a lot for it to soak everything up.

But will they hold a large amount of pee? Lol I've always seen them at the stores but never thought to get them. He used for pull ups for the longest time until he couldn't fit them anymore. And they weren't great just because he would leak through them.
