I never bought anything that said "Keto" I just got a grocery list and did some basic research. Pinterest is awesome for recipes, grocery lists, tips, etc. I neverrr bought into the hype of buying the "Keto" products though. Organic grass fed beef/butter/cheese is always a big plus. And when you start, don't worry if you go over your carb intake.. it's a learning experience.
I’ve been doing keto for a few months and I’ve lost 40lbs. My dad and uncle have been doing it as well and they have both lost over 50lbs! It’s pretty easy and there is lots of alternatives for my favorite foods! Pinterest is a great resource and there are a ton of Instagram accounts with lots of cool recipes! I do more of a few weeks keto and then I take a few days off because that’s just how I am😂 but it is working👍🏼

i’ve never bought anything “keto” online.
i just did research. a friend of mine had been on keto as well so she helped a lot. basic lists on what to eat and what not to eat and that’s it.

I was on keto for 12 weeks. Loved it! Lost 30 lbs and kept it off for ages. Its definitely a lifestyle change. But soo easy!! And so worth it

i did it before
i got pregnant i started it for two weeks lost 8 pounds and then i found out i was pregnant. it’s really easy to do, just gotta really stick to it
