My son is fully potty trained at home, but I can’t seem to get him to let me know when he needs to go when we’re out of the house. Any tips for potty training when out and about?

you could try putting him in underwear. it’ll be messier but it might help him learn to tell you since im sure he’d rather not have wet pants.

Does he also wear pull ups at the house? When my kids were newly potty trained we started to do short trips with only underwear and always take them to the bathroom when we got there. Then let the trips get longer and eventually they will start letting you know.
