For some it is because of the extreme change in hormones. It will go away once they level out. And it will likely come back after delivery. It did for me with my first.
I will say my urine smells terrible but it’s from the prenatals. It could be coming from your diet have you changed anything eating wise? it’s amazing how our bodies can talk without talking ya know lol

Drink water, don’t eat pork or beef? It’s pretty much the same.

Yes normally get goes away within the second trimester towards the middle of it I’m not sure why but it happend to me as well

Yes I asked my Dr and he said it's all the hormones and normal. I hate it
