Im 27 week's pregnant ive been having cramping pains i was bleeding for 2 day's an now i just feel nauses very sick to my stomach 😔😭 what should i do

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

if you look on my page on here youll understand an know what i mean .. I have diabetes i have asthma i have a history of a blood clot in my lung i have to be on blood thinners i have a history of kidney infection an this was with my 2nd pregnancy an i thought this would be a good doctor but im not getting treated with care an im just thinking about switching my doctors hopefully it isnt to late

ok, so you are getting medical treatment, you just don’t speak with the dr. Whoever you need to speak with, I would call that office and tell them. If no one gets back to you, I would just go to labor and delivery.
