I feel like I must be doing something wrong... my baby barely sleeps, always cries when she's awake. I change her, feed, burp, no matter what I do she's screaming 😣

She's probably going through a growth spurt. And in response to your comment above, if she's producing 6-8 wet diapers a day then she's definitely getting enough milk so no need to go into your freezer stash.
Continue feeding on demand, lots of skin to skin and swaddling will help her to feel safe and secure. Just remember, this environment is totally different from what she was used to so she's just trying to adjust.
