Get something stronger than desitin. Also check your local human milk 4 humans facebook group. Breast milk can help really good. And your mother in law is a bitch.

Poor baby. Try an oatmeal bath, if you can afterward let her run around without a diaper on...its best to keep it dry in order for it to heal! But yeah I wouldn't let her back

She wouldn't be going over there to be watched any damn more! Grandma or not family ain't right neither & that's that shit you don't do. My bad I got upset

Didnt change her diaper all day and when I got home my daughter literally started bawling saying "mommy here". She is absolutely raw and broke open and her little butt and private area are like a sun burn red. She clenched her legs so tight together I could barely get desitin on it. But at least I got her to sit in a cool bath and after that I got some cream on it but she fought it. When I pick her up she wont even bend her legs to like wrap around my waist, she will keep them straight.
