First outing with both kids by myself and I’m stressing out because the baby won’t stop crying in the car.

Yeah it was real difficult lol. She was due for a nap too so that didn’t help
@llcoolkay, I’ve learned my lesson with the naps one too many times which I have lived to regret. I also realized after she became a big sister her tantrums when she was due for a nap have become way worst than before. It’s usually between 1:30 and 4 and I call that the witching hour! It’s so bad I make her lay down and sleep even if it takes me an hour to put her down. It sucks too bc I feel like we miss out on a huge chunk of the day when we can be doing fun stuff but she has to nap. Especially with he baby around. Have you tried using a carrier when you guys go out? I feel like that helps a lot too.
@kibella22, yeah if she doesn’t nap for at least 2 hours she’s horrible. we just went to get family pictures done and she only had 2 shorts naps while in the car and all she did was throw a fit. And I’ve noticed she’s worse now that she’s a big sister too. And a baby carrier for her? My back would break. She’s like 45lbs lmao

@llcoolkay, I never understood people who use leash backpacks for their kids, but mannnnn, Faye is definitely pushing me in that direction.

I do too. I'm going through it again soon. I'm due in 3 weeks. I always felt horrible but it'll get better. I felt/feel like spoiling my son for picking him up every time he cried. You've got this!

Be strong. Baby's sometimes just cry. My son went through that faze.

Uh girl I know that feeling. My 10 month old still does that, he screamed and cried in the car yesterday on the way to pick up my fiancé and I couldn’t do anything.
It’s so hard! I’ve already pulled over once to give him his binkey but he just spits it out and screams again.

Aww is deff hard! I do it after they nap or before wayyyyyyy before my older one is due for a nap. It’s nerve wrecking I still get super nervous and anxious and i always get our outtings short if they’re not specifically somewhere where my older one is going to be entertained like the park lol
