Does anyone own a mobile home? We hate living with my mother in law, can’t really afford a house right now and paying rent here is too damn expensive. We’re thinking of buying a mobile home then possibly renting it out once we can buy a house.
Any moms on here rent their homes through the owners? What questions would you guys suggest asking the landlord? I found a home we can afford + I love love love but I’ve never rented a house before!
So we have no food in our house and no money so whatever we had I let my husband and kids eat. I'm so hungry. I haven't eaten since yesterday. I wish we weren't so behind on rent. Next week we have to pay our phone bill and the week after we have to pay rent again. I'm so sick on not being able to have food in our home.
A little rant too all you cool cats and kittens.... 🤣😭 I’m trying to rent this home from this property management company put down my deposit (full months rent) only after seeing a virtual tour it’s really nice also filled out everything they wanted. I asked if I can finally see the inside because I’ve been to plenty of other properties and they let u do the self tours well even after putting my refundable deposit down they still won’t let me see the inside 😡 I no it’s a legit management company so I no it’s not a scam but the rooms look a little smaller than what I anticipated and I need to make sure a king bed will fit 🙄 she says it will but It’s looking like there there will be barley any room in the bedroom 😫 what would y’all do? Insist you want to see the inside and if she says no get your deposit back or simply just take her word the house is beautiful and just keep it moving? P.s we are in the process of buying but we always had two places that we rented so now we are doing a buy and a rent
