I saw this yesterday. It broke my heart to know a mother would do that when she could have just dropped the child of at the police station or fire station without any questions asked. Here I am trying for a child and someone else is throwing theirs away like an old dirty napkin wtf. I would adopt that child in a heartbeat. Just sad 💔

I would too. So many ppl losing their babies and having fertility problems and women not even good enough to be called a mother trash the baby's like they are they're to go garbage and walk away...

I honestly would forget about the mom. More than likely she didn’t have the baby in the hospital because - documentation-
It would have been easier to get rid of the baby that way and idk if you read any of the comment to this story but it makes a lot of sense why someone in the area would do that. Not saying it’s right, but maybe to them..that was their option.

Just saying that if she is not caught she is able to do the same thing again and the baby's not survive. Lord knows if she done it before or how many times she has.

Don’t all states have the Infant Safe Haven law?? I don’t understand how anyone could think this is an option - illegal or not.
Drop the infant into the hands of a police officer or fireman. No questions asked.
There is absolutely no reason for things like this to happen. 😤

Is innocent until proven guilty just not a thing with these stories? I never understood why people instantly assume the mother is the one who throws the baby away? Could have just as easily been the father, or someone else entirely in the child's life. When I was in high school there was this big story about how a baby was found at the dump and it turned out it wasn't the mother (who was 18 and instantly arrested, fired from her job, lost her university scholarship, the works) but the father's mother who got rid of the baby when she was supposed to be watching her while the mom slept. A girl's life was ruined because she trusted someone she should have been able to trust.
