My husband and i are firm believers in vaccinating children and got vaccines ourselves. We have also both worked for and with autistic and mentally challenged patients. Were still trying to figure out why people are putting other children at risk of disease or DEATH for the simple fact that they do not want to have their child develop autism. We would be happy to have an autistic or mentally challenged child. And why do people think those statements wouldnt be offensive to parents or people that have autism or are mentally challenged?!

So My coworker does not get vaccinated for anything due to religious practices and she’s worried about our job making it mandatory since they discussed it earlier this week. It’s crazy how when vaccines even started or came about we were told it would be voluntary but now it’s mandatory and people need a verification card to go certain places. We even have certain states doing lottery drawings just to make people get it. people shouldn’t fear losing their jobs or having to go against their religious beliefs when we were told it was voluntary. I think this is wrong that companies are doing this.
