It depends, some people go immediately into labor, but it can take up to 3 days. I was induced at 3:30pm, and my son came at 1:15am.
I had to be induced and it was torture. It was so long. Over 24 hours in labor. My first was so fast. 6 hours total. Pushed for 30mins.
My son's was a little fast from the stories I've heard.. it happened over night and I got it around 6pm and had him around 2am. But my daughter's I woke up with choleostasis and and got induced that morning then nothing happen the next morning they popped my water then induced me again and I had her later on that night. I was edited exhausted but I also had the walking epidural so it was more uncomfortable then straight painful
Because my due date on the 14 getting induce the 15 last time i went to the doctor i was 3cm i go in at 1am so im hope he come that same day
You could probably wait a week and see if labor comes on it’s own, if you’re only going to be a day past your due date. Unless of course you need to for medical reasons 😊.
I was in early labor for about ten hours before they gave me pitocin. My daughter was born about 11 hours later. I was stuck at 5 cm for a long time.
Nope so slow I forget my sons birthday 😂 no joke!! Days of no sleep and drugs it’s hard to remember lmao
it depends, some women’s bodies react quickly to the meds & labor progresses fast, other women take a long time to progress.
Dang
