Is it normal for breasts to be painful a month after giving birth? My milk is still not dried up. I am anxious and worried because I still feel a little gorged but I hope My milk duct isn't clogged because I squeezed My right breast yesterday and a little milk came out, then I squeezed my left breast and nothing came out. Weird thing is My breasts start pulling when My Baby Girl starts crying. How do I dry this milk up completely?

Take a warm ass shower and release them and when you get out put warm compress on them. I breastfeed for two years straight there are random ass days they hurt worse but it will get engorged andit will be painful but you need to also be careful because if you get a clogged duct and it doesn't get handled it can be pretty bad. It's called mastasis or something like that.it is painful girl.

I had clogged ducts and man did it hurt like hell I mean huge balls .. I had to take a shower and massage for a while till it went down. I was told not to squeeze because then your breast think they need to make more milk since the milk is being released.. I was jus told to massage the clogged ducts out and warm pads or whatever you can find.. even cabbage leaves help dry you up.. my mistake though was I wrapped them in ace bandage thinking it would dry faster and when I took them off that’s when I noticed how clogged I got..
