@jennatess, I am pregnant. I feels like really bad menstrual cramps. It’s coming in waves waiting on my dr to call me back

Mild food poisoning can feel like severe menstrual cramps. Mild food poisoning you should feel waves of almost like a stabbing pain. Kind of like somebody is grabbing your insides and squeezing really tight.
Gas pains potentially. I would call your provider to confirm though. Never hurts to call when belly pain is involved.
@bsunshine92, i had this if I would eat dairy last pregnancy. It can be really painful.
Sounds like you ate something that didn’t sit right with you. Make sure you drink at least 100 ounces of water a day. You got a flush your system. Feel better soon!
